We know that leaving your pet is like leaving a family member behind. But when you are away from home - either for holidays or work - often there's no other choice. At Creusa you can be sure that they will get the next best thing to being with you, a home-from-home and complete peace of mind for you.
WELFARE
Your pet's health and safety is of paramount importance to us - we also want them to be happy staying with us! So it's vital that you check our welfare policies before booking to ensure your dog is vaccinated and free of fleas.
We will give medication to any dogs that need it but if this needs to be done overnight there will be a small additional fee which we'll discuss with you when you check-in. We have health insurance that covers your dog while they're with us and access to an emergency vet.
We are able to provide most types of dog food but if your dog requires a specialised diet or is very fussy please can you provide your own food.
To try and make your dogs stay with us as comfortable as possible we recommend using Adaptil DAP (dog appeasing pheromone) which reduces anxiety. We can tell you more about this when you book or find out more about Adaptil.
FACILITIES
Dogs of any size and breed can be accommodated in our spacious heated kennels each with an individual outside covered run. All dogs that stay in our kennels will have daily outdoor play sessions in our purpose-built play areas this helps us to bond and for your dog to settle. We also have plenty of toys to enrich their boarding experience.
Dog bedrooms are spacious, clean and heated. Raised Coolaroo Hammocks provide warm and comfortable beds. Bedrooms for old or large dogs have non slip mats to prevent slipping and injury. Our extended luxury suites come with hand-made wooden beds, double-glazing and doggy TV.
Large grassed play areas allow your dog to spend time with our dedicated and caring staff while off the lead allowing better interaction and more freedom for them to play and burn energy. They can even play in a paddling pool when it's hot! And walks are part of our daily routine in our four-acre grounds.
We have a modern top of the range grooming suite to bathe pets while they stay at Creusa.

There's a range of boarding types to suit your needs.
Choose from:
Full board: when you're away from home for any period.
Doggy day care: perfect for local residents who need your dog cared for and exercised while you're at work.
Dogs B&B: ideal for holidays if you can't keep your dog with you at your accommodation but want to spend the day with your pet.
We also offer a 'happy mover service' for when you're moving home and can provide emergency boarding in many cases, for example if you are taken ill or need to care for someone else.
Prices are the same for an overnight stay, day care or B&B.
